another felt needlebook

A felt needlebook I made for my sister with her stitching logo on it. The cover has plastic canvas inside for rigidity. There are 2 felt pages to stick needles or pins in.

Four Faces of Finn the Human

I got this pattern from spritestitch.com. The original pattern has 16 faces, but I narrowed it down to 4 that I liked. Finn makes many silly faces on Adventure Time, on Cartoon Network.

I made this little felt book tonight to hold my needles. In total there are 4 felt pages.

Bookmark for Toni

I stitched this bookmark for my aunt Toni. It's the first time I've ever used blackwork in a finished project. I also used gold beads along the top and bottom. I'm not 100% happy with the layout, but that's what happens when you make it up as you go along. :D

Megaman felt phone case

I made this for my husband's Droid. The "skeleton" is plastic canvas, covered on both sides with felt, with a cross-stitched plastic piece stitched to the front.
I also made a flap with a snap on the back, which I covered with Megaman's head.

Harvest Moon DS Stitch

Now, in my game he's named "Bean," but his generic name is Jack. He's so cute that i just had to stitch him. I'm a bit worried that it came out looking kind of "country-cutesy," almost like a Precious Moments picture...
(It's sitting on a kitchen towel, which probably doesn't help.)

Pikachu Baby Onesie for Beebee

I cross stitched Pikachu on a 12 month baby onesie. This was my first attempt at using waste canvas. It wasn't too bad. It was easier to pull out the threads than I thought it would be. My baby girl, Beebee, will look so cute in it!

Ness from Earthbound Cross Stitch

This was my super secret swap project. It's Ness from Earthbound at the beginning of the game, when he's sleeping in bed. 4,899 stitches. My swap partner liked it, so all is well. :D My partner was Bamiyan: pixelstitches.blogspot.com

Ms Pacman Cross Stitch Necklace

I made this Ms Pacman necklace today out of plastic canvas. One of my friends requested it and I'm going to give it to her tomorrow. It was the first thing I've actually made using plastic canvas. It was a bit different than Aida cloth or fabric, but over all, I'm happy with how it came out (there are a few mistakes.) I've been cross stitching for such a long time that it was interesting to try it on a different medium.

Nintendo Perler Sprites

I've been cleaning out boxes and I found these. I had totally forgotten that I'd made them. It was about 2 years ago. Anyway, just thought I'd share! My next Perler project will be much more complicated.

My Daughter's Name In Stitches

I made this when my daughter was born, then put it in a box and totally forgot about it. I found it tonight when I was looking for something else. It's just a simple stitch of her name. (She's 9 months old... actually, she's exactly 9 months today.)

Anniversary stitch

I stitched this for my sister's anniversary, then I sewed it to a tote bag. She knits a lot so I figure she can keep some yarn in it. I'm not 100% happy with this. If I could do it over I would do it differently, but since I put so much time into it I might as well give it to her. Overall I give it a "meh."

Beaded Gecko

I made this gecko out of beads sewn to a piece of fabric. Then I stitched the fabric onto a lampshade. He looks really nice when the lamp is lit.

Mystery Science Theater 3000

I just finished this tiny MST3K stitch. The pattern I got it from isn't actually a cross stitch pattern, but pixel art. I happened to stumble across the site in one of my searches. It's a cool website: http://iotacons.blogspot.com/ The owner gives permission for people to stitch his work. Anyway, I just thought it was really cute and it was a fun little stitch.

Princess Peach

I made my own pattern for this Princess Peach in Photoshop. I stitched it on linen, so the stitches are tiny.
(I should have ironed it!)

Pokemon Stitchings

These are my first four Pokemon: Pikachu, Charmander, Squirtle, and Slowpoke.
